Summary

Join Deel as a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations and play a pivotal role in driving strategic and operational initiatives across the growth team. You will enhance the impact of marketing on Deel’s growth trajectory, overseeing marketing operations delivery. Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations and GTM leadership to implement workflows, processes, technology, and analytics. Continuously identify opportunities to drive operations and automation initiatives that improve funnel outcomes and support pipeline growth objectives. Design, build, and manage various marketing programs and campaigns. Ensure data architecture and synchronization between HubSpot and Salesforce for accuracy. This role requires a data-driven approach and strong cross-functional communication skills within a fully remote environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations
  • Demonstrated experience managing marketing technology systems, process and data at fast-paced B2B organizations
  • Advanced experience in marketing automation (preferably HubSpot) and Salesforce – building sophisticated operations at scale
  • Strong understanding of integrated B2B marketing, account-based marketing, product-led growth, marketing technology ecosystems and data infrastructure
  • Experience in supporting large scale projects involving culturally and geographically diverse cross-functional stakeholders
  • Partner with campaign owners to ensure proper tracking and alignment with analytic teams to deliver end-to-end campaign performance insights and reporting
  • Data-driven approach to marketing and ability to translate reports into actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Impeccable communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally, build relationships and influence in a fully remote set-up
  • Growth mindset with inherent curiosity and personal drive, ability to navigate ambiguity and operate independently in a fast-paced global environment

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day management of marketing operations infrastructure within HubSpot and other core marketing technologies
  • Partner closely with growth and demand generation counterparts to strategically enhance campaign execution, audience targeting and lead-to-revenue modeling
  • Collaborate with growth and pipeline/sales operations to monitor and optimize lead quality through the funnel
  • Establish and manage proper lead capture, attribution, engagement, and campaign infrastructure
  • Continuously identify opportunities to drive operations and automation initiatives that improve funnel outcomes and support pipeline growth objectives
  • Design, build, and manage variety of marketing programs and campaigns
  • Own and collaborate with Systems and Data team to ensure data architecture and synchronization between HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure accuracy
