Summary

Join Keeper Security as a Senior Marketing Operations Manager and leverage data, systems, and strategy to drive operational efficiencies, pipeline, and revenue growth. This 100% remote position offers a hybrid schedule option for Chicago-area candidates. You will define and own the strategy, processes, metrics, and technology enabling Keeper to target the right buyers, generate high-quality leads, and move them through the sales funnel. Keeper is a fast-growing cybersecurity company with a globally trusted product. The role involves marketing automation, analytics, website operations, and process improvements, requiring a highly analytical and data-driven approach. You will be responsible for managing the marketing tech stack, overseeing website operations, developing marketing strategies, ensuring data flow accuracy, creating marketing automation workflows, building marketing dashboards, owning the marketing-to-sales handoff, supporting ABM and outbound operations, and continuously analyzing marketing data for improvements. This position requires significant experience in B2B SaaS marketing operations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Marketing Operations experience in B2B SaaS
  • Expert HubSpot admin and advanced Salesforce user
  • Experience with other martech platforms like RingLead, SalesLoft, Showpad, Demandbase and ZoomInfo
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools – Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is a must
  • Strong understanding of lead management processes and marketing automation best practices, including list management, optimization, data quality and hygiene, and troubleshooting
  • Deep passion for data and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to distill insights from data to drive future strategies, with proven experience in maintaining data accuracy and quality
  • A bias for action and rolling up your sleeves to get things done on our dynamic team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack, ensuring seamless integrations and system efficiencies
  • Oversee website operations and collaborate with marketing, design and engineering teams to drive website updates, optimizations and performance improvements
  • Develop and refine data-driven marketing strategies, leveraging analytics to support pipeline and revenue growth
  • Ensure accurate data flow from campaigns to attribution and reporting frameworks by standardizing campaign operations and maintaining best practices in data governance
  • Create and maintain marketing automation workflows and nurture campaigns to engage prospects and customers throughout the buyer's journey
  • Build and manage marketing dashboards, reports and KPIs to track performance and support data-driven decision-making
  • Own the marketing-to-sales handoff process and lead recycling to maximize funnel efficiency
  • Support the development and execution of account-based marketing (ABM) and outbound operations, including helping launch and scale the program
  • Continuously analyze marketing data to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased operational efficiency
  • Ensure data integrity and perform regular maintenance and enhancements of marketing datasets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with channel marketing and sales teams
  • Experience running and reporting on ABM and outbound motions
  • HubSpot certifications
  • Salesforce administrator certified
