Requirements

• 8+ years in marketing operations, with proven experience in a leadership role
• Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Strong proficiency in data analysis
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to communicate, influence, and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overarching strategy for the Marketing Operations function
• Act as the marketing operations liaison across Rev Ops, IT, Product, and Finance to ensure seamless integration of technology, data, and processes
• Own and optimise the marketing technology stack, including automation tools, CRM, and analytics platforms
• Own the marketing data, from tracking and attribution to data accuracy and usability
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Marketing Operations team
• Ensure the efficient execution of all marketing programmes by overseeing systems, workflows, and process automations
