Summary

Join Neo4j as a Senior Marketing Strategy and Operations Manager and serve as a strategic advisor to the VP of Americas Regional Marketing. Leverage data analytics to inform and shape regional marketing strategies, lead and optimize marketing operations, and implement data-driven strategies to improve marketing effectiveness. Ensure the Americas regional marketing team meets targets and goals. This role requires collaboration with various marketing teams, data analysis, and budget management. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in marketing strategy and operations
  • Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies across several of the following areas: Public Relations, Analyst Relations, Product-Led Growth, Digital Marketing, Developer Relations, Content, Creative and Field Marketing
  • Strong knowledge of marketing technology platforms and analytics tools
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support Americas Field Marketing in the creation of comprehensive marketing plans, campaigns, and budgets, collaborating with Public Relations, Analyst Relations, Product-Led Growth, Digital Marketing, Developer Relations, Content, and Creative
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set marketing strategy, priorities and objectives using first-principles thinking
  • Support execution of the company's marketing strategy in alignment with overall business goals
  • Lead program strategy and management independently and with minimal oversight
  • Implement and maintain data analytics and marketing performance measurement systems
  • Analyze marketing data and KPIs to make data-driven decisions and optimizations
  • Develop and maintain a forward-looking forecast model of marketing activities to assist Americas Field Marketing in understanding expected performance to quarterly goals
  • Identify insights and trends to enhance marketing strategies
  • Streamline and improve marketing processes, workflows, and automation tools
  • Oversee campaign execution, including email marketing, social media, content creation, and advertising
  • Develop strategy and processes for selecting, onboarding and utilizing marketing technologies and tools
  • Effectively influence senior leadership and the broader marketing organization a team of marketing professionals to perform and operate better
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and data-driven decision-making within the marketing team
  • Manage the Americas Field Marketing budget, including cost control, resource allocation, and financial planning
  • Ensure that marketing efforts align with budgetary constraints while meeting objectives
  • Conduct user, buyer, and market research to understand needs and preferences
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices
  • Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
  • Monitor and report on marketing metrics and performance against targets
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for regular tracking and executive reporting
