Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of experience in paid advertising
• Proven analytical and quantitative research skills
• Very good English communication

• Staying updated with industry trends and willingness to grow in the media buying area
• Ability to stick to deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Create, implement & optimize Ads campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
• Create weekly and monthly performance reports
• Analyze campaign data to continuously scale spending, and improve CPAs and conversion rates
• Collaborate with the creative team to craft new content to reach buyer personas
• Collaborate with other media buyers to share and leverage best practices
