Summary

Join ShopBack, a leading shopping rewards platform in Asia-Pacific, as an Integrations Manager. Oversee and manage all integrations, ensuring seamless operations and compliance. Support merchant onboarding, provide solutions, and build relationships with networks and merchants. Continuously improve integration processes, collaborate with various teams, and implement new initiatives to enhance tracking and efficiency. Resolve merchant issues, document processes, and maintain operational excellence. This role requires strong technical skills, experience in operations or a technical role, excellent communication, and proficiency in English and Chinese.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background with an understanding of tracking technologies
  • 2-3 years experience in an operations or technical role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with both internal teams and external partners
  • Proficient in English and Chinese language
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across various departments and with external partners on large-scale projects
  • Strong analytical skills to ensure data accuracy and process optimization
  • Ability to autonomously manage functional areas while ensuring the interests of customers, merchants, and the company are upheld
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Highly motivated, solution-oriented mindset capable of addressing issues in a fast-paced startup environment

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all integrations and ensure seamless operations and compliance with standards
  • Support the onboarding process for new merchants by coordinating with commercial teams, regional integration teams, conducting setup tests, and ensuring successful execution
  • Provide alternative solutions and hold end-to-end integration conversations with merchants and internal teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with networks and top merchants, ensuring our interests are well-represented and that we stay up-to-date with the latest tracking and integration technologies
  • Ensure operational excellence by conducting test runs and continuously improving integration processes
  • Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, the Center of Excellence, and Business Development teams to streamline processes and enhance the user experience
  • Lead the implementation of new initiatives to improve tracking reliability and operational efficiency
  • Resolve merchant-related issues, such as untracked orders and incorrect setups, identify opportunities for improvements within Integration by working closely with the regional operations team
  • Document key tasks, processes, and SLAs, ensuring they are regularly updated and followed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in affiliate marketing and e-commerce
  • Cantonese language proficiency
