Requirements

  • You’ve worked in marketing, product, consulting, engineering or start-ups and have 3+ years’ experience in the technology industry
  • You’re logical, and see data as a crucial part of decision making, but know when to stop analysing and start acting
  • You’re proficient in project management with the ability to effectively plan, organise and execute on cross-functional workstreams
  • You enjoy working with data and have experience with business analytics tools such as Excel, Looker (or Tableau/Power BI)
  • You have a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels through clear and concise verbal and written communication
  • You thrive as a generalist and can wear many different hats concurrently
  • You relish working in a rapidly changing environment and enjoy working in a complex, technical industry

Responsibilities

  • Play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of our marketing function
  • Collaborate with Product, CRM, and Member Support teams to optimise connected processes that drive effective member communications
  • Own operational performance as the data advocate for the domain: creating, monitoring and analysing dashboards to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Support the execution and fulfilment of Tide promotional campaigns
  • Strive for operational excellence and the continuous improvement of our processes and tools
  • Oversee and directing the resolution of incidents within the marketing function, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and members
  • Apply Member First principles to troubleshoot issues – you’ll feed the ‘Voice of the Member’ into our Product and Marketing teams
