Senior Optimization Executive

Summary

The job is for a Business Process Review and Optimization Consultant specializing in the Colleague-by Ellucian ERP solution within higher education finance management. The role involves leading organizational change, mapping current and desired processes, demonstrating superior communication skills, and having 2+ years' experience in a similar role or with the Colleague ERP system.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience leading, managing, or directing functional areas of an organization and/or with Colleague ERP implementations in a higher education environment
• 2+ years’ experience as a functional expert within the Colleague ERP system utilized within higher education

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change and the full adoption of technology to enable operational efficiency
• Demonstrate superior communication skills and provide a consultative approach to end clients
• Map current and desired processes with detail showing the various process steps and who is performing each step

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Chart of Accounts/GL strongly preferred
