Summary
Join Fivetran's Product + Portfolio Marketing team as a Sr. Partner Marketing Manager to lead partner marketing efforts with G/SI and reseller partners, driving pipeline growth and market expansion. You will own both scale and bespoke marketing efforts, developing and executing integrated marketing plans. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating marketing materials, and managing partner relationships. The position is full-time and remote, based in the US. Requirements
- Partner Marketing Experience: Proven track record of developing and collaboratively executing successful partner marketing programs, preferably with channel partners
- Content Creation Familiarity: Understanding of channel partner marketing needs and the ability to tailor messaging and content accordingly
- Self-Starter: While no longer a startup, Fivetran maintains the startup spirit and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and take initiative and ownership are critical for success
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
- Strong Prioritization Skills: Ability to balance multiple initiatives and make strategic decisions
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive channel partner marketing strategies for channel partners
- Define bill of materials (BOM) for partners related to Fivetran GTM launches and campaigns and deliver BOM by repurposing foundational materials from PMM, content marketing, and demand generation
- Ensure joint materials for every stage of the funnel are available for partners to leverage in their own efforts with their customers
- Work with the Partner Programs team to upload materials into the Fivetran Partner Portal for partners to leverage
- Collaborate with Fivetran Partner Development Managers and Partner Area Managers (as needed) to bring bespoke partner solutions to market, with Fivetran launches and campaigns in mind
- Evolve channel marketing communications strategy, inclusive of monthly newsletters, and work with the Partner Programs team to ensure alignment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing teams within key partners, understanding how Fivetranβs business goals overlap with theirs, and identifying opportunities for collaboration
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with external partners as well internal cross-functional teams (i.e. alliances, product marketing, field marketing, demand generation) to effectively develop and execute joint go-to-market plans
- Track and measure partner marketing performance, providing insights and implementing changes to optimize programs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and partner landscape to identify new opportunities
