Summary
Join Ivanti as the Director, EMEA Partner Sales, North Region! This role requires driving business through resellers, building strong relationships, and achieving quarterly revenue targets. You will be responsible for managing partner activities, developing business plans, and ensuring sales engagement. Success requires 5+ years of experience in software channel development within specific sectors, proven success in account development, and strong communication and organizational skills. The position involves significant travel and collaboration with internal and external teams.
Requirements
- 5 plus years of experience in a software channel development function in the Software Mobility Management, End Point & Network Security and or Service Management space. Knowledge of Distribution, Large account resellers, Value Added Resellers & SI’s
- Demonstrated success in major account development, relationship building, ability to work at multiple levels
- Record of achieving & exceeding new business ACV goals – end user sales is a bonus
- Proven time management skills in a dynamic sales environment
- Good Microsoft office skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills with ability to handle various tasks without losing attention to detail
- Fluent English
- Experience using Salesforce.com for opportunity management, activity tracking and reporting
- Degree in Business or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly revenue target for the North Region, working with Ivanti Resellers
- Lead from the front in developing business with our partners
- Be active and visible to our reseller community – up to 50% of your time spent on the road
- Manage, plan and execute all Partner based activities
- Produce annual business plan for all chosen regional partners and review on quarterly basis
- Drive sales engagement through Regional Distribution partners and large account resellers
- Agree sales and technical enablement plan for value added resellers and large account resellers
- ���Go-to” team member within the territory for all channel requirements
- Internal channel ambassador
- Help partners and Sales team develop opportunities with existing and new accounts
- Attend and participate in team calls and business reviews with Territory Managers
- Attend User Groups/Marketing Events in the field when appropriate
