Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience initiating strategic partnerships, sales, partner programs, customer success
  • Experience with scaling from zero to a multi-million-dollar book of business in partnership with the Chief Business and Revenue Officer
  • Natural ability to rapidly network and identify the appropriate resources needed to fulfill a specific opportunity
  • Client services mindset and knowledgeable about how to establish implementation partner ecosystem to drive product adoption and expansion
  • Keen customer empathy, business value thinking, ecosystem instincts
  • A strong sense of ownership and drive for results
  • A positive, can-do, growth mindset

Responsibilities

  • Execute on demand generation and partner sales including engaging with potential clients
  • Manage and grow an existing book of partners by developing and executing a strategy to drive sourced and influenced revenue
  • Develop and communicate business strategy for revenue generation with partners
  • Collaborating within cross functional teams including marketing, product, engineering, sales, finance, legal, SeekOut executive team to close deals
  • Represent SeekOut in external partner meetings and at industry events
  • Identify new sales areas and inspire high levels of performance
