Summary
Join Fundraise Up as a Senior Partnerships Manager, Enterprise and develop and manage strategic relationships with top marketing and fundraising agencies serving the non-profit sector. This role involves building executive-level relationships, driving joint value creation, and expanding the company's presence in the enterprise non-profit market through partnerships. You will be responsible for developing and executing a partnerships strategy, collaborating with agency leaders, driving platform adoption, negotiating partnership agreements, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales within the non-profit technology space, a deep understanding of the non-profit fundraising landscape, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of partnerships, business development or sales experience, with a track record of success in the non-profit technology space
- Deep understanding of the non-profit fundraising landscape and key players, experience working with large fundraising agencies
- Executive presence and ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders
- Ability to develop mutually beneficial partnership frameworks
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage complex partnerships
- Willingness to travel as needed to build relationships and attend industry events
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a partnerships strategy focused on the most reputable and influential agencies in the non-profit fundraising space
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision makers at target agencies
- Collaborate with agency leaders to develop joint value propositions, integrated offerings, and go-to-market strategies
- Drive adoption and integration of our platform within agency offerings through training, enablement and ongoing support
- Negotiate and manage strategic partnership agreements, including joint revenue targets, co-selling activities, and success metrics
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to align partnership activities with overall company goals
- Represent our company at industry events and conferences to build our brand and identify new partnership opportunities
