Senior Partnerships Manager

Summary

Join Deel, a rapidly growing SaaS company transforming the global talent landscape, as a Partnerships Manager. You will identify and build partnerships with organizations, manage and enable partners to refer clients, nurture partnerships throughout their lifecycle, and develop and optimize co-marketing campaigns. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, experience in partnership roles, and a deep understanding of the professional services landscape. You will collaborate with various teams to drive channel referral growth and manage the partnerships P&L. Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in partnership roles
• Strong understanding of the professional services landscape, with experience building medium to enterprise-sized partnerships (e.g., financial services, law, consulting, HR, talent)
• Well-connected in relevant industries
• Proficient in spoken and written English, with strong research skills
• Skilled in writing email copy and creating campaign sequences that engage partners
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and improve processes

Responsibilities

• Identifying organizations who Deel should form partnerships with and building partnerships with them
• Closing, managing, and enabling partners to successfully refer clients to Deel
• Nurturing partnerships throughout their whole lifecycle
• Ideating, launching, and optimizing co-marketing campaigns (webinars, events, email, content sharing)
• Partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive channel referral growth
• Building and maintaining the partnerships P&L

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Workday, SAP and Oracle ecosystem is preferred
