Requirements

  • 4+ years of partnership sales experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, or working with brokers
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed a defined quota based on a book of business
  • Consistent track record of high performance (top 10% of your sales organization or similar)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote environment where priorities shift rapidly

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with insurance brokers to generate high-quality referrals and revenue opportunities
  • Guide clients through strategic decisions, including product configurations, compliance needs, and workflow improvements
  • Consistently meet or exceed quota, driving SQOs through broker-sourced opportunities
  • Become a Deel product expert, delivering clear, tailored demos that educate partners
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and position Deel effectively in every deal
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales development, and solutions teams to influence product development
  • Meet with partners in person at least once or twice a month to deepen relationships and strengthen long-term partnerships
  • Be an activation expert to quickly transition a new partner from signed to engaged and revenue-generating, ensuring the relationship starts strong and scales efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with HRIS, HCM, or related software is highly preferred
