Summary
Join N26 as a Senior People Analytics Analyst and become instrumental in driving data-informed HR strategies. Requirements
- Significant experience in People Analytics or a related field, with a focus on data reporting and analysis, ideally within HR
- Experience with HRIS systems, with Workday being a significant plus
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to motivate a team to deliver impactful insights
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational databases, along with Python or other scripting languages; basic knowledge of Data Engineering is highly beneficial
- Strong data visualization and storytelling abilities, with experience in BI tools (Google Data Studio and/or Metabase preferred)
- Excellent project and change management skills, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage KPIs and data dashboards to provide actionable insights for HR and business leaders
- Oversee automation efforts and streamline reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workloads
- Act as a key liaison between the People Analytics team and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of analytics initiatives
- Manage data analysis efforts to inform strategic HR decisions, providing insights that drive organizational effectiveness
- Ensure thorough documentation of processes for transparency and consistency across analytics practices
- Stay up to date with people analytics trends to ensure the company remains aligned with industry standards and best practices
- Collaborate with team members to provide constructive feedback, improving team processes and performance
- Take ownership of deliverables, consistently meeting tight deadlines while managing multiple projects and change initiatives
