Senior People Analytics Analyst

Summary

Join N26 as a Senior People Analytics Analyst and become instrumental in driving data-informed HR strategies. You will collaborate with the People Analytics team and stakeholders to develop KPIs and dashboards, manage data analysis efforts, and ensure process documentation. This role requires significant experience in People Analytics, proficiency in SQL and Python, and strong data visualization skills. You will oversee automation, streamline reporting, and act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders. Requirements

• Significant experience in People Analytics or a related field, with a focus on data reporting and analysis, ideally within HR
• Experience with HRIS systems, with Workday being a significant plus
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to motivate a team to deliver impactful insights
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational databases, along with Python or other scripting languages; basic knowledge of Data Engineering is highly beneficial
• Strong data visualization and storytelling abilities, with experience in BI tools (Google Data Studio and/or Metabase preferred)
• Excellent project and change management skills, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage KPIs and data dashboards to provide actionable insights for HR and business leaders
• Oversee automation efforts and streamline reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workloads
• Act as a key liaison between the People Analytics team and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of analytics initiatives
• Manage data analysis efforts to inform strategic HR decisions, providing insights that drive organizational effectiveness
• Ensure thorough documentation of processes for transparency and consistency across analytics practices
• Stay up to date with people analytics trends to ensure the company remains aligned with industry standards and best practices
• Collaborate with team members to provide constructive feedback, improving team processes and performance
• Take ownership of deliverables, consistently meeting tight deadlines while managing multiple projects and change initiatives
