Join Planful as a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital growth initiatives and scale the business through innovative marketing strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact digital marketing strategies, driving customer acquisition and engagement, mentoring teams, and managing key vendor relationships. This role requires a proven track record in leveraging diverse digital channels, particularly paid social campaigns, to deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing professional with strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on scaling paid social campaigns and other digital channels
- Exceptional analytical skills and a strategic, data-driven mindset to optimize and innovate complex marketing strategies
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI
- Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and creative teams
- Experience designing and executing robust marketing experiments, including A/B testing, to inform strategic decisions
- Organizational and project management skills, with the aptitude to oversee multiple high-priority initiatives concurrently
Responsibilities
- Oversee large performance marketing budgets and optimize paid digital channels, including forecasting and performance measurement
- Enhance the conversion funnel through ongoing testing of bidding, targeting, messaging, creative, and landing pages
- Lead and optimize paid social campaigns on platforms like Meta and LinkedIn
- Launch inbound and expansion campaigns across new geographies and product lines
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests, and share actionable insights with cross-functional teams
- Work closely with product marketing, demand generation, and creative teams to integrate full-lifecycle marketing strategies
- Manage relationships with agencies and vendors, including Firebrand and metadata.io
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using metadata.io for paid social campaign execution is preferred
- Familiarity with 6sense for audience segmentation and management is a plus
