Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product analytics, web analytics, data analytics, or a similar role
  • 3+ years of experience in Google Tag Manager and Event Tracking strategy and implementation
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and statistical programming languages such as Python or R
  • Strong analyticial skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain dashboards that track Product & User Experience KPIs, including user flows, engagement metrics, and conversion rates
  • Partner with product teams to provide insights into effectiveness of product development strategies and recommend data-driven improvements
  • Monitor website performance and user behavior leveraging Google Analytics and other tracking tools
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to understand user behavior, identify key user segments, and measure the impact of product changes on user experience and performance
  • Support the design and measurement of A/B experiments helping establish best practices and align testing to desired business outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions that enhance the user experience and product performance
  • Manage event tagging and telemetry processes, strategies, and implementations in Google Tag Manager to enable user tracking across the platform
  • Conduct regular audits of even tracking infrastructure and proactively address data quality and integrity issues
  • Mentor junior analysts, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
