Join Reddit's Ads Measurement team as an Incrementality and Measurement Experimentation Platform PM! You will leverage your expertise in causal inference and experimental design to build products showcasing the value of Reddit Ads. Requirements
- At least 3+ years of Ads Product Management experience and/or a combination of Ads product management, with lift and incrementality related Ads measurement expertise
- Solid statistics expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong strategic thinking
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate across the organization and lead by influence
- Hands-on in driving execution across all aspects of product development cycle
- Passion for solving customer problems
Responsibilities
- Build and grow Redditβs Statistical Methodology based advanced measurement products
- Define the product strategy & roadmap, and collaborate closely with other Ads product teams to build products and maximize impact
- Develop a strong understanding of ads ecosystem, including available signals and privacy rules
- Be an innovative thought leader and identify new techniques and data sources for meeting advertiser performance measurement needs
- Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Marketing Science, Product Marketing, Sales, Solutions Engineering and UX teams
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD or Masters in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Physics or related field
- Management Consulting or Strategy Consulting experience
- Knowledge of ads measurement, and its underlying infrastructure and key processes
- Expertise in Advance Ads Measurement including Mutli-touch Attribution (MTA), Mixed Media Modeling (MMM), Split Testing, Conversion Lift and Incrementality
- Knowledge of Causal Inference and Randomized Control Tests (RCT) experimentation techniques such as ITT, PSA, Ghost Ads and geo experiments
- Experience in building platform solutions (e.g., experimentation or consumer data platform)
- Applied Machine Learning background
- Understanding of how signal loss and privacy changes are impacting ads measurement
