Summary

The job is for a Senior Product Manager for ClickHouse Cloud, responsible for leading the development and delivery of the product. The role requires 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong background in cloud-based SaaS products. Bonus points are given for experience working and scaling open source technologies and prior experience at a startup.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture, database technologies, and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with SaaS usage-based Billing systems and Cloud Marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality products to market
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform product decisions

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for ClickHouse Cloud, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs
• Engage directly with customers, gathering insights through interactions, feedback, and market research to guide product decisions
• Partner with engineering teams to prioritize and define feature requirements, overseeing the entire delivery process from design, development through to release, QA, documentation, and launch
• Work alongside marketing, operations, and sales teams to support feature launches, contribute to blog posts, and help shape product positioning and messaging
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, driving iterative improvements to ensure usability and adoption goals
• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related communications, effectively managing expectations and keeping stakeholders informed
