Remote Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join our dynamic product team as a Senior Product Manager to lead data-related products in the Pharmacy Division. Develop product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and oversee product lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 5-8 years of experience in product management within the healthcare technology sector, focusing on pharmacy or data products
• Strong understanding of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and analytics tools
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for pharmacy-related data products
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
• Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product goals and timelines are aligned
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, including payers and pharmacies, to gather requirements and feedback
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and ongoing enhancements
• Ensure that products meet quality standards and deliver exceptional user experiences
• Lead initiatives for effective data management practices to enhance data flow across systems
• Utilize analytics to drive insights that inform product improvements and business decisions
