Summary

The job is for a Senior Product Manager at Wealthsimple's Self Directed Investing team, responsible for developing and executing the strategy for options trading products. The role requires 5+ years of product management experience, analytical skills, technical knowledge, and strong communication abilities.

Requirements

• 5+ year track record of building and shipping products that customers love and produce business impact
• Demonstrated ability to own a complete product or large parts of an offering and lead large, complex, cross-functional projects

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, development, and launch of new product experiences
• Set the product vision and strategy
• Lead the planning, development, and launch of projects
• Break down complex projects into discrete phases that deliver value incrementally
• Establish and own a variety of metrics related to performance and client outcomes
• Help elevate the Product Management practice at Wealthsimple and create an inclusive team culture
• Talk directly to customers to uncover problems, identify unmet needs, and validate potential solutions
