Summary

Join Jobber's Sales Engineering team as a Product Manager II and play a pivotal role in re-imagining how Jobber sells its product. You will own key product areas within Jobber’s internal GTM platform, shaping and scaling an internal product that empowers Sales and GTM teams through automation, AI, and data-driven insights. Working with Engineering, Revenue Operations, and Sales Leadership, you will define and execute the roadmap of high-impact features that streamline workflows, qualify leads, and optimize sales performance. Lead end-to-end product development for AI-powered sales automation, including lead enrichment and qualification, meeting workflows, and future offerings. Own product discovery and delivery, aligning cross-functional teams. Define and execute the roadmap for improving sales performance, balancing short-term wins with long-term innovation. Monitor and report on performance to senior leadership and collaborate with sales leadership to prioritize key strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Product management experience, ideally in a SaaS or a technology-driven company
  • Proven success delivering products that balance short-term impact with long-term platform scalability, especially in fast-paced environments with shifting GTM needs
  • Comfort translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders, helping GTM teams understand AI capabilities while guiding engineers with business context and user feedback
  • Strong grasp of B2B SaaS sales dynamics, with the ability to identify product opportunities within common GTM workflows
  • Ability to independently drive initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and operate with a high degree of autonomy while still collaborating with senior leadership for alignment
  • Show strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying problems and proposing innovative solutions
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and execution skills β€” and the ability to motivate teams around bold goals

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product development for AI-powered sales automation, including lead enrichment and qualification, meeting workflows, and future offerings like adaptive prospecting systems and AI closing deals
  • Own product discovery and delivery from strategy to execution, aligning cross-functional teams across engineering, design, data, and sales
  • Define and execute the roadmap for improving sales performance, balancing short-term wins with long-term innovation
  • Monitor and report on performance of your initiatives to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to prioritize key strategies and initiatives for improving sales effectiveness with AI-powered applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and how data flows between internal systems to power lead routing, enrichment, and performance analytics
  • Experience building LLM-powered products
  • Knowledge of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), context tuning, and AI evaluations
