Requirements
- At least 4-5 years of proven experience in product management with a focus on payment gateway solutions
- In-depth knowledge of payment gateway technologies, industry standards, security protocols, fintech industry trends
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing product life cycles
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- English language skills at B1-B2 level and fluent Russian language
Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, considering market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of Payment Gateway features and enhancements
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to drive product development initiatives
- Take full ownership of your product, serving as a project manager throughout the entire lifecycle - from project initiation to team management and successful delivery
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points related to payment solutions
- Develop and manage the product budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources
- Collaborate with finance and other stakeholders to align product strategies with financial objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and key stakeholders
- Ensure that the company products comply with industry regulations and security standards
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks associated with payment processing
