Requirements

  • At least 4-5 years of proven experience in product management with a focus on payment gateway solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of payment gateway technologies, industry standards, security protocols, fintech industry trends
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing product life cycles
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • English language skills at B1-B2 level and fluent Russian language

Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision, considering market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of Payment Gateway features and enhancements
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to drive product development initiatives
  • Take full ownership of your product, serving as a project manager throughout the entire lifecycle - from project initiation to team management and successful delivery
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points related to payment solutions
  • Develop and manage the product budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources
  • Collaborate with finance and other stakeholders to align product strategies with financial objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and key stakeholders
  • Ensure that the company products comply with industry regulations and security standards
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks associated with payment processing
