This role involves leading product strategy and positioning, owning go-to-market plans, acting as a strategic partner across teams, conducting market research, developing high-impact content, enabling the sales organization, championing thought leadership, and analyzing and optimizing performance. Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrated success in leading go-to-market strategies and executing high-impact product launches
- Deep understanding of learning management systems or the broader edtech or HR tech space
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills, with experience communicating across technical and business audiences
- Proficiency with marketing and CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and business intelligence platforms
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence without direct authority
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for customer engagements, industry events, and team collaboration
Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy and positioning: Drive the development of differentiated product positioning, pricing strategies, and success metrics for your portfolio. Use market and performance data to guide decisions and optimize for adoption and retention
- Own go-to-market plans: Lead the planning and execution of product and feature launches in close collaboration with product, sales, and marketing teams, ensuring clear internal alignment and strong external impact
- Act as a strategic partner: Work closely with stakeholders across product, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging, enablement, and execution
- Market and customer insight: Conduct ongoing market and competitive research, analyze customer feedback, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for positioning, messaging, and product roadmap influence
- Develop high-impact content: Create and guide the production of compelling marketing materials such as sales decks, one-pagers, website copy, video scripts, webinars, and customer case studies
- Enable the sales organization: Develop and deliver enablement tools, training, and messaging frameworks that help sales teams understand the product, engage prospects, and close deals effectively
- Champion thought leadership: Represent Docebo at industry events, webinars, and analyst briefings while also advocating for the product and customer within the company
- Analyze and optimize: Track performance metrics across marketing programs, launch activities, and enablement tools to evaluate success and continuously improve strategy and execution
