Requirements
- Can own & evolve effective personas—knowledgeable about customer intent, needs, and nature
- Thrives leading stakeholder communication & collaboration; ability to persuade and influence
- Is exceptionally organized and proactive—can manage their work and collaborate with other teams to deliver on objectives
- Is skilled in storytelling and messaging—able to translate product functionality to the wants/needs/desires of the customer
- Manages data and research effectively—is comfortable with analytical work and drawing conclusions from various types of information
- Is naturally curious—always seeking to understand, improve and add value
- Has familiarity with needs and motivations of brand, demand gen and sales teams
- Understands SaaS Product Marketing

Responsibilities
- Own & Develop Buyer Personas & Customer Insights
- Define Positioning & Messaging Framework
- Define Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy (Collaborate with marketing and demand gen teams)
- Deliver Sales Enablement Materials
- Support Content Creation (Collaborate with content and design teams)
- Deliver Market & Competitor Analysis
- Own Metrics and Reporting
- Support Customer Engagement
- Support Product Lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications
- Have an understanding of the education and/or accessibility tech space
- Familiar with the Assistive Technology and Special Education markets, user needs, and relevant policies
