Join Hive, a marketing automation platform connecting event marketers with their fans, as a Senior Product Marketing Manager. You will collaborate with R&D and GTM teams to develop and implement marketing strategies for Integrations and Ads product lines. This pivotal role involves shaping product strategy, devising creative GTM strategies, and overseeing product launches. You will work closely with PMs, Marketing, CS, Sales, RND, Support, and Partnership teams to achieve launch KPIs. Responsibilities include market understanding, owning GTM strategy (positioning, messaging, content, segmentation, and performance tracking), cross-functional collaboration, and building enablement materials for Sales and CS teams. The ideal candidate possesses 5-7 years of B2B product marketing experience, a proven track record of owning GTM strategies, strong storytelling skills, and a passion for product marketing.
Requirements
- 5-7 years in B2B product marketing (ideally at a SaaS startup)
- Provide track record of owning go-to-market strategy forB2B product launches
- Storytelling skills that enable you to translate complicated or technical product details into digestible and compelling narratives
- Passion for product marketing, with a strong understanding of product marketing tactics and communication strategies
- The desire and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with competing priorities; comfort prioritizing and making calls across multiple stakeholders and project goals
- Ownership and growth mindset that helps you seek out new opportunities while knowing when to invest deeply and when to move fast
- Proficiency with (or curiosity about) using AI in your day to day work to move faster and more strategically
Responsibilities
- Understand the market: Stay on top of the competitive landscape, and conduct focussed research to help inform product strategy alongside your own GTM strategies
- Launch products! Work directly with PMs on product teams to understand the upcoming product roadmap and own the launch for two of our most impactful product areas. Work across Marketing, CS, Sales, RND, Support, and partnership teams to make sure we hit the KPIs you set for our launches
- Own GTM strategy: Think long term and strategically about how we best reach our customers where they are. Youβll own positioning, messaging, content strategy, segmentation, and performance tracking for your product areas
- Work cross-functionally: Work directly with leaders on multiple teams, including executives, to make sure the right things get done to successfully bring our products to market
- Enable customer-facing teams: Build enablement materials and supporting artifacts to help our Sales and CS teams hit their goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on more technical integrations products or ads product
- First-hand experience working in the event space or running paid ads campaigns yourself
- Familiarity with the Music or Live Events industry
