Remote Senior Product Marketing Manager

Summary

Matik is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join their team as a founding member of the Marketing department. The role involves supporting the development and launch of a new product, managing activation and conversion KPIs, evolving positioning and messaging frameworks, leading go-to-market strategies, conducting research for new markets, and ensuring Sales teams have the necessary content and training.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience working in product marketing
• Experience working on a product that customers could purchase directly without talking to a Sales team
• Experience working in the B2B space

Responsibilities

• Support the development and launch of a net new product that's geared towards direct purchase without talking to a Sales team
• Once the new product is launched, be responsible for activation and conversion KPIs, including owning onboarding and lifecycle communications
• As the Matik product evolves, continue to evolve the positioning and messaging frameworks with user research, market insights, and competitive intelligence
• Lead the strategy for programs that help Matik reach prospective customers, and help them understand the value of Matik, what it can do for them, and why they should use it
• Drive the go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches, feature updates, and campaigns to drive growth and sustained product adoption
• Lead experiments — email, in-app, content, and more — with small cohorts of customers that, once proven, can be rolled out to larger cohorts
• Deep dive into priority use cases, conduct research, and synthesize strategies for how we enter and win new markets
