Summary
Join Motus as a Senior Product Marketing Manager and lead product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for SMB and consumer product lines. You will leverage customer insights to craft compelling narratives, develop competitive strategies, and design value propositions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Marketing, to execute and optimize high-impact go-to-market plans. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B and B2C marketing, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. The position reports to the Vice President, Product Marketing. Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or business strategy roles
- Experience developing insights for the SMB audience
- Excellent grasp of both B2C and B2B marketing and product launch strategy
- A customer-centric attitude that drives you to use insights in crafting messaging, positioning, and product strategy
- Proven ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and optimize how work gets done in a fast-paced environment
- Shown ability to analyze data and translate insight into actions that improve outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with and influence collaborators across complementary teams and to adapt to changing priorities
Responsibilities
- Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to understand our customers and their context; enable cross-functional partners to act on these insights, inclusive of defining pain points, ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, and winning value propositions
- Develop positioning based on a deep understanding of customer use cases and product capabilities to differentiate Motus; reinforce our position with messaging, testimonials, data, and other proof points
- Own go-to-market strategy for consumer and SMB product offerings. Drive product launches, prioritize and enable advocacy channels, partner with the enablement team to equip GTM teams, and optimize marketing plans to drive adoption and retention
- Inspire and influence cross-functional teams, such as product, demand gen, and sales, to deliver against your go-to-market strategy
- Communicate opportunities to Senior Leadership with clear direction and understanding of the data driving insights
