Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree preferred, or equivalent experience required
- 5-8 years of related experience and/or training required
- Must have experience with Consumer payment apps/Wallets
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required
- Ability to implement concepts, ideas and plans while functioning in a flexible, constantly changing environment desired
Responsibilities
- Be the undisputed expert and thought leader for each respective product
- Own the overall product strategy, communicated through the product roadmap
- Partner with cross functional teams for tactical execution of the product strategy
- Own product performance across all aspects of the product line (onboarding, compliance, oversight, etc.)
- Deliver commercialized and scalable products
- Drive revenue by developing new products and functionality
- Expand use cases for of existing products
- Collaborate with partners and partner-facing teams to understand needs and develop corresponding solutions
- Own, drive, and report on product KPIs and KRIs. Advocate for initiatives that impact these
- Partner with internal areas to perform market research and discovery
- Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical implementations
- Drive the go-to-market strategy for new products and enhancements, working with various internal departments to execute
- Own product specific risks and associated controls
- Manage product P/L. Support forecasting and annual budget planning
- Develop industry expertise by attending industry events, consuming industry research, and analyzing the competitive landscape
- Own strategic relationships with key third party partners. Recommend new relationships as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Prior industry experience with prepaid and/or deposit products preferred
