Summary

Join Thinkific, a learning commerce platform, as a Senior Product Marketing Manager for a 16-month contract. This maternity leave cover role focuses on supporting Plus and Enterprise customers, driving go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams. You will be the voice of the customer, leading market research and shaping product strategy. Responsibilities include crafting compelling messaging, executing product launches, enabling internal teams, building stakeholder relationships, influencing the product roadmap, and leading cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of successful product launches. Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of product marketing management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally focused on mid to up-market or enterprise customers
  • Are known for your ability to build trusted relationships across Sales, Success, Product and Marketing leadership
  • Have launched new products or features end-to-end and maintained programs that drive long-term adoption
  • Are a natural communicator and facilitator, with excellent project management skills and a bias for clarity and alignment
  • Can synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights for multiple stakeholders
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy leveling up others while continuing to grow your own skills
  • Are energized by working on strategic projects with executive visibility and measurable impact
  • Loves data and believes strongly in data-driven decision making
  • Loves to learn and grow. They’ve found (and keep looking for) ways to level up their skills in this field, whether that’s through formal education, gaining professional experience, or maybe even building their own business

Responsibilities

  • Be the voice of the customer. Lead customer and market research (including interviews, competitive research, win/loss analysis, and usage data) to uncover insights that influence product strategy and GTM execution
  • Own positioning and messaging. Craft compelling, differentiated messaging for product launches and evergreen adoption, tailored to our Plus/Enterprise ICPs
  • Drive go-to-market success. Plan and execute product and feature launches across Marketing, Sales, and Success—creating campaigns, content, enablement materials and assets that drive adoption and retention
  • Enable internal teams. Equip Sales and Customer Success with the messaging, content, materials and training they need to succeed, from pitch decks to objection handling, competitor battlecards and one-pagers
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships. Collaborate with senior leaders across Product, Revenue Marketing and Sales to align product marketing strategies with broader business goals
  • Influence the roadmap. Partner closely with Product, UX and Engineering to prioritize customer needs, validate opportunities and shape product direction with data and insights
  • Lead cross-functional execution. Manage launch plans, internal readiness and post-launch adoption strategies with precision and care

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience enabling Sales and Success teams at a high-growth SaaS company
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, WordPress, and customer research platforms
  • A background in customer education, learning platforms or the creator economy
