Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing for B2B SaaS, ideally in high-growth or startup environments
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a talent for storytelling and simplification
- Proven success launching new products, driving adoption, and enabling customer-facing teams
- Ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders—from engineering and product to marketing and sales
- Strong strategic thinking combined with operational execution and a bias for action
- Empathy for customers and an eagerness to improve how people work in the real world
Responsibilities
- Craft and evolve clear, differentiated messaging that articulates the value of our AI platform and agents to construction and field-first teams
- Develop persona-based content and positioning that resonates with both technical users and business stakeholders
- Own go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, feature rollouts, and platform updates
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure GTM alignment and readiness across the organization
- Drive competitive and market intelligence to inform positioning and roadmap priorities
- Lead structured customer and market discovery to deeply understand buyer needs and product-market fit
- Translate insights into impactful marketing programs, product content, and roadmap input
- Create and manage sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, product one-pagers, demo scripts, and training sessions
- Collaborate with Growth and Content Marketing to develop product-focused campaigns, web pages, and thought leadership
- Ensure that product updates and new capabilities are clearly communicated and easily adopted by customers
- Define and track KPIs to measure launch effectiveness, feature adoption, and marketing impact
- Continuously iterate on messaging and programs based on performance data and customer feedback
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing to deskless workforces or field-first industries (e.g., construction, manufacturing, logistics) strongly preferred
- Experience marketing complex, technical products—preferably in AI, automation, or platform-based solutions
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, HubSpot, or equivalent for managing roadmaps and campaigns
