Join Visier's 'Direct' business team as a Product Marketing Director to accelerate revenue growth in strategic product areas. Lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for high-growth offerings, driving pipeline, improving win rates, and fueling customer expansion. Act as the voice of the buyer, shaping product direction and ensuring alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing. This cross-functional role blends storytelling with commercial impact. You will own go-to-market strategies, develop and operationalize positioning and messaging, and lead product launches. Enable the sales team with compelling tools and training, partner with marketing for high-performing campaigns, and measure impact to optimize strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and unified execution.
Requirements
- A track record of success in owning strategic product marketing initiatives that directly contributed to growth, customer adoption, or market expansion
- The ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling business value for senior buyers
- Strong commercial acumen—you think in terms of revenue impact, market opportunity, and buyer motivation
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—you simplify the complex and inspire action through well-crafted messaging
- A deep curiosity about your market, your customer, and how your product fits into a broader business ecosystem
- Confidence navigating ambiguity—you lead through uncertainty and chart a clear path forward
- 5-7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing
Responsibilities
- Own the go-to-market strategy for key Visier solutions, driving growth across net-new acquisition, expansion, and retention
- Develop and operationalize differentiated positioning and messaging that clearly articulates business value and gives Visier a competitive edge
- Act as the voice of the buyer, distilling customer insights and market signals into actionable guidance for product, sales, and marketing
- Lead product and feature launches with measurable impact on awareness, pipeline, and adoption
- Enable the sales team with compelling narratives, tools, and training that improve conversion, influence deal outcomes, and shorten sales cycles
- Partner with marketing to fuel high-performing campaigns, aligning messaging and targeting across channels
- Measure impact and continuously optimize, using sales feedback, customer feedback, win/loss analysis, and usage trends to refine GTM strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring strategy alignment and unified execution
Preferred Qualifications
Bonus points for domain knowledge/experience in HR tech, analytics, workforce planning, or adjacent fields
Benefits
- The base pay range for this position in Canada is $153k - $193k / year + bonus
