Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product operational roles, with 2+ years managing and scaling high-performing teams
- A proven track record of inspiring, mentoring, and driving accountability within a team
- Ownership Mindset and Collaborative Leadership: Ability to own projects end-to-end while empowering your team to take initiative and drive results collaboratively
- Exceptional Project Management Skills: Strong experience in managing cross-functional projects with clear structure, organization, and stakeholder alignment
- Data-Driven Decision-Making and Strategic Insight: Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Looker, Snowflake, Datadog, Excel/Sheets) and the ability to guide your team in turning insights into impactful decisions

- Operational and Process Optimization Expertise: Experience designing and implementing systems and processes that enable teams to scale and operate efficiently

Responsibilities
