Requirements
- Strong understanding of the learning technology landscape, including key trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs
- Exceptional skills in negotiating partnership terms and securing mutually beneficial agreements
- Advanced storytelling, communication, and interpersonal skills for engaging both internal teams and external partners
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, sales, and marketing
- Ability to adapt and execute strategies in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience with defining partnership-related KPIs, tracking performance metrics, and using insights to optimize outcomes
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new product partnership opportunities aligned with the company’s vision and growth goals
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to pinpoint opportunities
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners to ensure mutual success
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate seamless integration of partner products and services into the platform
- Design and implement joint go-to-market strategies, co-marketing initiatives, and product launch plans to expand market reach
- Work closely with product management, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to execute partnerships successfully
- Define KPIs and performance metrics, monitor results, and evaluate the impact of partnerships on customer engagement, product adoption, and revenue
- Lead negotiations on partnership terms, contracts, and agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal compliance
