Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven working experience in project management, with a focus on data services or machine learning projects
- Strong understanding of data management principles and practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Strong working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
Responsibilities
- Ensure the availability of high-quality, diverse data sets to support the training and optimization of large language models
- Implement best practices for data collection, annotation, and validation to maintain data integrity and relevance
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify data needs and develop strategies to meet those needs effectively
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget
- Develop and implement scalable processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity within the business unit
- Monitor and report on project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
- Collect, analyze, and report on project data, highlighting key insights and trends to stakeholders for informed decision-making
- Assess project performance against metrics and use historical data to forecast challenges, offering proactive solutions
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate actions into the overall strategy, providing data-driven recommendations for informed decision-making
- Act as the secondary project manager, stepping in to lead the project in the absence of the primary PM
- Ensure seamless project continuity by staying fully informed of all project details and decisions, ready to take over as needed
- Assist the Delivery Manager in overseeing project execution and manage client communications in his absence, ensuring timely issue resolution and stakeholder engagement
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree
- PMP or similar project management certification
- Experience with agile methodologies
