Senior Program Manager

Summary

Join Turing as a Delivery Program Manager in the LLM Data Services Business Unit. You will drive key initiatives and ensure successful project delivery, focusing on enhancing data quality and availability, and driving operational excellence. Responsibilities include data analysis and reporting, performance evaluation, cross-functional collaboration, secondary project management, and client support. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and proven project management experience are required, along with strong data management understanding and communication skills. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven working experience in project management, with a focus on data services or machine learning projects
• Strong understanding of data management principles and practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Strong working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies

Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability of high-quality, diverse data sets to support the training and optimization of large language models
• Implement best practices for data collection, annotation, and validation to maintain data integrity and relevance
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify data needs and develop strategies to meet those needs effectively
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget
• Develop and implement scalable processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity within the business unit
• Monitor and report on project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
• Collect, analyze, and report on project data, highlighting key insights and trends to stakeholders for informed decision-making
• Assess project performance against metrics and use historical data to forecast challenges, offering proactive solutions
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate actions into the overall strategy, providing data-driven recommendations for informed decision-making
• Act as the secondary project manager, stepping in to lead the project in the absence of the primary PM
• Ensure seamless project continuity by staying fully informed of all project details and decisions, ready to take over as needed
• Assist the Delivery Manager in overseeing project execution and manage client communications in his absence, ensuring timely issue resolution and stakeholder engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• PMP or similar project management certification
• Experience with agile methodologies
