Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in culture, employee engagement, or organizational development, with significant experience leading programs in a remote-first global environment
- Proven experience in program management or organizational development, ideally within a remote or hybrid work setting
- Strong understanding of team dynamics, effective communication practices, and organizational behavior principles
- Expertise in implementing continuous feedback mechanisms and utilizing data to drive decision-making
- Exceptional facilitation skills related to team dynamics or team effectiveness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
Responsibilities
- Design and implement programs aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness, team collaboration, and employee engagement
- Manage and analyze data from team effectiveness pulses, experience surveys, and lifecycle assessments; collaborate with HR Business Partners to identify trends and create actionable plans
- Lead the development of global organizational effectiveness programs that meet the unique needs of our remote workforce across different time zones and regions
- Design and facilitate team effectiveness workshops to enhance team performance in a remote-first setting
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align organizational goals with team effectiveness strategies, ensuring a unified approach to remote work dynamics
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of organizational effectiveness programs and report on their effectiveness to leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Consulting experience is a plus
- Deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities of a remote-first, globally dispersed workforce
- Strong strategic thinking and program management skills
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure impact
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation
