Senior Project Manager

Summary

Join Huge as a Senior Project Manager in our remote Colombia-based Program Delivery team. Lead and deliver development projects and campaign workstreams, spanning strategy, creative, technology, production, digital, and media. Serve as the vital point of contact for clients and the project team, ensuring smooth project execution. Plan and prioritize deliverables and resources across multiple projects. Work closely with various team members, utilizing tools like Asana, Jira, and Coda. Communicate project statuses internally and externally, manage project timelines, and ensure projects meet objectives and goals on time and within budget. Build strong client relationships and manage project risks and scope creep.

Requirements

• Excel proficiency is a must
• If the selected candidate holds a degree in Engineering or a related profession, they must present their professional license

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across multiple projects with creative, strategy and tech teams to produce amazing digital products
• Focus on goals and solutions both large and small
• Become the focal point for delivery across a series of workstreams while still keeping up-to-date on daily project activities
• Work closely with all discipline team members
• Work in programs such as asana, jira and coda
• Be a client facing project manager and build strong relationships
• Communicate project statuses both internally and externally
• Be prepared to meet deliverable requirements, assess change and risk management, and frequently oversee a number of digital campaign projects
• Ensure all project timelines are built and communicated in order to meet expected launch dates for all projects
• Ensure the project team is meeting the objectives and goals of each project on time and on budget, as well as champion the quality and integrity of the end result

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred experience in project management tools such as Asana, JIRA, or Smartsheet
• Commanding ability to manage multiple interactive projects, from discovery and design to technical development and implementation
• Strong experience managing budgets, burn reports, and writing SOWs
• Management or mentorship experience
• Strong ability with managing project risks and scope creep to foresee and identify potential problems then proactively identify solutions to address them in advance
• Ability to identify needs that clients may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs
• Stakeholder management: client expectations and feedback, delivery of the highest quality service
• Strong communication and presentation skills: clearly communicate and document project status, recommendations to clients and team members, escalating issues accordingly via the appropriate channels
• Strong agile methodologies
• Experience with team management, task allocation and prioritization
• Resource manage and compose a team based on the roles and capabilities needed to deliver projects, and work with Team Design to ensure your team is staffed responsibly and within budget
