Summary
Join Future Tech Enterprise, Inc. as a Senior Proposals Manager and lead the development of compelling proposals for RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage proposal schedules, and ensure timely submissions. This full-time, remote U.S.-based position requires strong writing, editing, and project management skills, along with experience in proposal development and technology solutions. Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in proposal development, management, or technical writing, preferably within a technology-focused B2B or government contracting environment
- Education: Bachelorβs degree in Business, Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, software, and IT services
- Familiarity with technology procurement processes and contracting requirements
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AI-powered Response Management Platforms (e.g., Loopio, RFPIO, Qvidian)
- Experience working with procurement and RFP software
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
- Communication & Writing: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to develop clear, persuasive proposal content
- Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into compelling, customer-focused narratives
- Project Management: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously
- Experience in coordinating diverse teams to meet deadlines under pressure
- Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure compliance with client requirements, procurement guidelines, and industry best practices
- Collaboration & Leadership: Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Leadership, and Legal teams, with the ability to influence and drive proposal success
Responsibilities
- Lead proposal development efforts by coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales Teams, Solution Architects, and Subject Matter Experts, to develop winning strategies, technical solutions, and compliant responses
- Manage the proposal schedule, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely submission, collaborating with Sales, Leadership, and Legal teams for review and approval
- Analyze procurement documents to identify key requirements and communicate them effectively to the proposal team
- Write, edit, and refine proposal content, including technical, management, past performance, team biographies, and executive summaries, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations
- Review and provide feedback to content contributors to enhance proposal quality, ensuring alignment with win themes and customer requirements
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex technical concepts into compelling, reader-friendly narratives
- Proofread and quality-check proposal content for compliance, readability, grammar, spelling, and overall messaging consistency
- Prepare slide decks and supporting materials for internal and client presentations
- Assist with proposal assembly and submission in hard and/or electronic formats
- Maintain a knowledge repository, including updates to proposal templates and best practices
- Stay current on industry best practices, trends, and contracting regulations to continuously enhance proposal development processes
