You will lead full-cycle recruiting for Product & Engineering roles, partnering with hiring managers to develop effective strategies. • Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Product & Engineering
• Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and influence hiring decisions
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse, high-quality candidates
• Deliver a consistently excellent candidate experience and act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring journey
• Track and meet hiring goals in a metric-driven environment
• Design and execute creative sourcing campaigns, events, and outreach to grow talent communities
• Help evolve our recruiting practices and contribute to team-wide projects and process improvements
