Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with our product goals and industry trends
• Identify and engage top talents through diverse channels, including social media, job boards, and tech events
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates to support current and future hiring needs
• Lead structured and competency-based interviews, ensuring candidates align with both technical requirements and our company culture
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
• Leverage analytics to optimize recruitment processes and improve the quality of hires

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with international hiring practices and managing recruitment across different geographies
• Established network within the tech industry, particularly with engineering, product management, and marketing professionals
• A track record of using creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market
