Summary

The job is for a Senior Recruiter at Meisterwerk, a German start-up with a mission to empower trades and craftsman companies. The recruiter will lead talent acquisition efforts, sourcing top-tier candidates, and implementing a recruiting strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience (mix of agency and in-house)
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Responsibilities

• Identify, source and engage candidates through social media and other creative approaches
• Leverage existing network and build pipelines of candidates for specific skill sets/job categories
• Interview candidates
• Make recommendations to hiring managers
• Work with HR to develop and implement a recruiting strategy
• Establish and maintain candidate profiles
• Conduct background and reference checks for job applicants
• Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Assist in the onboarding process and follow up with candidates and new hires
