Summary

TechBiz Global is seeking a Freelance Recruiter to source senior level candidates for their international clients. The recruiter will be responsible for screening and interviewing candidates, staying updated with industry trends, networking with potential candidates, and has 5+ years of recruitment experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Non-IT and IT recruitment experience
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts, Skype)
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for non IT and IT roles
• Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates
• Knowledge of the Uzbek Talent Market
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian
• Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network

Responsibilities

• Source senior level, highly specialist candidates for leading global businesses, covering the European, Uzbekistan and International markets
• Screen and interview candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates to clients
• Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments
• Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a scaling tech organization
• Strong communication in Uzbek
• Management experience to lead Talent Sourcer Specialists
