Summary

The job is for a Recruitment team member who will manage the team, assess and select new talents, communicate insights, build relationships with partners, leverage new tools, support employee development, improve communication, participate in organizing internal events, and keep track of candidate information. The role requires previous experience in IT recruitment, strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, a strategic mindset, professional proficiency in English, knowledge of external labor market trends, and the ability to forecast hiring needs from a strategic standpoint.

Requirements

• Previous experience in IT recruitment, whether in an in-house or agency setting
• High level of self-discipline and eagerness for growth
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and strategic mindset
• Professional proficiency in English
• Knowledge of external labour market trends and ability to forecast hiring needs from a strategic standpoint

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the head of recruitment to further strengthen our team
• Manage and evolve our team
• Assess and select new talents during interviews
• Dig into data and communicate insights, keeping everyone informed about our projects
• Build relationships with our partners who help us find the best people
• Leverage new tools and services to make our recruitment process even better
• Support our team's growth by helping employees further develop and learn
• Improve communication and collaboration among colleagues
• Participate in organising internal events for our team
• Keep track of fresh information about candidates and thoroughly manage our system
