Requirements

  • Previous experience in IT recruitment, whether in an in-house or agency setting
  • High level of self-discipline and eagerness for growth
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and strategic mindset
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of external labour market trends and ability to forecast hiring needs from a strategic standpoint

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the head of recruitment to further strengthen our team
  • Manage and evolve our team
  • Assess and select new talents during interviews
  • Dig into data and communicate insights, keeping everyone informed about our projects
  • Build relationships with our partners who help us find the best people
  • Leverage new tools and services to make our recruitment process even better
  • Support our team's growth by helping employees further develop and learn
  • Improve communication and collaboration among colleagues
  • Participate in organising internal events for our team
  • Keep track of fresh information about candidates and thoroughly manage our system
