Summary

Join Anaplan's dynamic team as a skilled recruiter, focusing on delivery within our Go-to-Market divisions. You will manage up to 15 positions across EMEA, handling the full recruitment life cycle and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience. Partner with senior stakeholders, act as an expert in industry best practices, and develop creative sourcing strategies. This role requires extensive experience as an in-house, customer-facing recruiter in a global high-growth technology organization. You will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, tracking recruiting data, and communicating effectively with HR and Finance teams. Anaplan offers a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience recruiting across EMEA regions, including France, Germany, Finland, Sweden and London
  • Proven experience recruiting across various functions such as GTM, G&A, and Tech, including Account Executives, Professional Services and Customer Success
  • Demonstrable experience with SaaS market mapping techniques and a consultative approach to finding niche, hard-to-fill roles with broad exposure to professional and/or leadership hiring
  • Proven track record of results through direct sourcing strategies and skilled at partnering with hiring managers to build effective sourcing strategies and relationships
  • Strong customer service focus with a proven track record of providing an excellent candidate experience and meeting SLA goals
  • Results-focused, highly adaptable, and flexible; accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment to achieve company hiring goals
  • Excellent negotiation skills and professional presence, capable of partnering effectively with senior stakeholders both externally and internally
  • Able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Hands-on delivery approach with experience leveraging different sourcing channels and familiarity with internet search tools

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior stakeholders across internal organisations to provide exceptional recruiting support and advice throughout the entire hiring process and on overall hiring strategy
  • Act as an expert in industry best practices, continuously monitoring new trends and opportunities to consistently raise the standard
  • Own and manage the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to offer, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
  • Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to build pipelines for top candidates across all areas of the organisation
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of our recruiting process by conducting skills training for managers
  • Maintain data accuracy in our recruitment ATS (Greenhouse) and database, and track and analyse statistical recruiting data to measure the effectiveness of all recruiting activities
  • Communicate effectively and partner with HR and Finance teams to ensure that combined objectives are achieved
  • Work to develop the employer brand through advertising, promotion, and community involvement in recruitment-focused local events
