Senior Recruiter

Summary

Join MyFitnessPal as a Technical Recruiter for a 6-month contract (with possible extension) supporting Talent Acquisition operations. You will build relationships with leaders and hiring managers to identify top talent. Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment cycle, utilizing various sourcing channels, conducting interviews, and advising on talent strategies. You will also contribute to employer branding and analyze recruiting metrics. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) experience, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with technical recruiting
• Experience managing an Applicant Tracking System - we use Greenhouse
• Experience with modern sourcing tools and techniques
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Extreme attention to detail and ability to stay organized
• Strong work ethic and sense of personal accountability

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
• Utilize various channels such as social media, job boards, networking, and referrals to identify high-potential candidates
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Partner with leaders and hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and tailor recruiting strategies accordingly
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and hiring managers, providing strategic guidance on talent needs and recruitment approaches to drive business success
• Engage with key stakeholders to understand hiring priorities, refine talent strategies, and ensure a seamless recruitment process that meets business goals
• Contribute to the company’s employer brand by ensuring a positive candidate experience and promoting the company's culture and values
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness and improve recruitment processes
