Senior Recruiter

Summary

Join Deepgram's expanding Talent Team as a full-cycle Senior Recruiter to drive headcount growth and talent strategy. Partner with various teams to fill roles across Engineering, Go-To-Market, and G&A functions. Build hiring processes from scratch, develop proactive sourcing strategies, and act as a thought partner to business leaders. Own the recruiting process from inception to close for both technical and non-technical roles, ensuring exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences. Work closely with hiring teams to build organizations and develop progressive sourcing and engagement strategies. Drive a goal of enabling the pipeline for diverse candidates to build an inclusive environment. Make informed data-driven decisions to build efficiencies into the recruiting process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter owning processes and driving results
• Ability to flex between highly technical hiring and business, go-to-market roles
• Consultative approach to driving a skills based hiring process
• Ability to create diverse pools of candidates through a combination of sourcing and in-bound talent
• Optimize for efficiency while implementing best practices in talent management

Responsibilities

• Own the recruiting process from inception through close for both technical (Product, Engineering, Research) and non-technical roles (GTM, G&A, Operations), ensuring candidate and hiring manager experience are exceptional throughout every step of the way
• Work closely with our hiring teams to take a holistic approach in building each organization
• Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager on developing progressive sourcing and engagement strategies to develop a quality pipeline of talent
• Drive a goal of enabling the pipeline for diverse candidates in order to continue building an inclusive environment at Deepgram
• Make informed data driven decisions that build efficiencies into the recruiting process
