Requirements
- Possess problem-solving skills to work on varied and routine problems, exercising judgment within defined procedures
- Build productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions
- Hold a Bachelorโs degree and have 4-6 years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent work experience), preferably within an Enterprise SaaS organization
- Be familiar with Salesforce and enterprise SaaS tools. Demonstrate strong analytical ability, prioritization skills, and the ability to teach best practices
Responsibilities
- Forecast renewals accurately for 9 months to support strategic decision-making
- Lead the Renewals team, providing process guidance, ensuring data quality, and managing complex deals
- Drive the renewal process for customer contracts, proactively engage with clients to negotiate renewal terms, and ensure high customer retention rates
- Build and maintain reports for key metrics like renewal revenue, bookings, retention rate, and overall customer health. Track success through metrics such as client engagement scores and measures of churn
- Champion impactful process improvements and automation. Develop playbooks for renewal engagement to maximize revenue retention
- Extract insights from renewal data and recommend tactics for improvement. Monitor churn, contraction, and growth trends within the customer base and report findings to senior roles
- Work closely with sales teams to maximize revenue generation from existing customers. Enhance the sales teamโs effectiveness through data, automation, and product analytics
