Requirements
- Proven Experience: 3+ years in Sales Operations, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment
- Tech-Savvy: Expertise in Salesforce CRM, prospecting tools, automation platforms, and other SaaS sales technologies
- B2B/B2B2C Expertise: Experience navigating the complexities of B2B or B2B2C SaaS environments, with a focus on both Direct Sales and Partnerships
- Creative Problem Solver: You see opportunities where others see obstacles and are always ready to rewrite the playbook
- Action-Oriented: You’re agile, adaptable, and ready to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
- Strategic Thinker: You focus on what really matters and make decisions that drive real impact

Responsibilities
- Design and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability of our global sales teams
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, win/loss rates, sales cycle length
- Oversee the Salesforce CRM and ensure it’s optimized for the sales team’s needs
- Implement strategies to improve pipeline velocity and conversion rates
- Optimize Sales Processes: Design and refine global sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability
- Data-Driven Insights: Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics like pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales cycle length
- CRM Mastery: Oversee and optimize Salesforce CRM to ensure it meets the needs of our sales team
- Boost Pipeline Performance: Implement strategies to improve pipeline velocity and conversion rates
- Tech Stack Innovation: Help design, implement, and optimize our sales tools and processes to keep our tech stack cutting-edge
