Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience leading consultative sales cycles to enterprise and high-growth companies, with a focus on BPO solutions
  • Proven ability to initiate, develop, and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations, influencing purchase and buying decisions
  • Experience selling complex hybrid CX solutions in the outsourcing marketplace
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, passion for revolutionary technological solutions
  • Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success
  • Excellent team and relationship building, sales, customer service, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in sales rep KPIs/conversion metrics and the use of CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a results-driven approach and a commitment to exceeding department metrics/measures

Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth: Meet aggressive sales growth targets through reliable pipeline management and accurate forecasting
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with decision-makers within client organizations, act as a trusted advisor to client prospects
  • Sales Execution: Support all stages of the sales process, ensure smooth transition of client wins into implementation and operations
  • Market & Product Understanding: Possess an in-depth understanding of CSV Now's services and differentiation in the marketplace, maintain competitive knowledge and focus
  • Reporting and Communication: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system, deliver effective proposals and presentations to decision-makers
