Summary
Join Skillsoft as a Sales Compensation Analyst in our India Center of Excellence! Support Sales Compensation Business Partners across various sales compensation disciplines. Prepare documentation, process incentive plans, create reports, support sales modeling and analytics, and handle sales inquiries. You will report to the Senior Manager, Global Sales Compensation, with additional guidance from Business Partners. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 6-8 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical and reporting skills. Skillsoft offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree in Business or related area
- 6-8 years of relevant business experience
- Knowledge of sales compensation/operations concepts and principles
- Understand finance and accounting concepts
- Experience with sales performance management systems such as Xactly
- Analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to perform in a matrixed environment
Responsibilities
- Prepare plan, policy and process documentation
- Support incentive plan processing, crediting and payouts on Xactly
- Create financial, performance and payroll reports
- Support sales modeling and analytics
- Track, research and resolve sales inquiries
- Provide HR support and onboard new hires
- Respond to audit requests
- Track process and project execution
- Review data feeds to ensure thoroughness, accuracy and quality
